This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a passion for production management, process improvement, and team development. You’ll lead a large manufacturing operation, managing a team of 75 across multiple production lines, driving performance, safety, and efficiency within a high-technology environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. * Implement and embed lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices to drive productivity and reduce waste. * Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to deliver operational excellence. * Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent communication of goals and performance metrics. * Oversee resource planning, workforce development, and process optimisation. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards. * Support the Energy Management System through performance reviews and resource allocation. Requirements * Degree-qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. * Proven experience as a Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager in an FMCG or automotive environment. * Strong understanding of lean tools such as Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, OEE, Kaizen, and Kanban. * Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills. * Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
