Based in Southampton, they are seeking a multi skilled maintenance engineer to join the team, on a full time, permanent.\\nThe Role:\\nAs part of the maintenance engineering team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all production and process machinery operates efficiently. Your key tasks will include:\\n * Reactive Maintenance: Swiftly respond to breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair electrical and mechanical faults.\\n * Planned Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure the equipment remains reliable and functions smoothly.\\n * Equipment Support: Assist with the installation and modification of electro-mechanical systems.\\n * Team Collaboration: Provide training, coaching, and support to production and operational staff.\\nThe Requirements:\\n * Qualified to level 3 in an engineering discipline.\\n * Proven experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within an manufacturing environment.\\n * A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.\\n * Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing faults across mechanical and/or electrical systems
