The consultant will lead the pre-implementation phase of an Infor LN upgrade program, covering business process analysis, data readiness, group integration assessment, and implementation partner selection. The role operates independently of any implementation vendor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead As-Is business process assessment across all functions
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard understanding of latest Infor LN functionality
- Evaluate deployment options (cloud, on-premise, multi-entity)
- Define group data integration objectives with German and Czech subsidiaries
- Establish master data harmonisation principles and data governance direction
- Prepare RFP documentation and evaluation criteria
- Manage partner presentation and evaluation process
- Advise Steering Committee on partner and deployment selection
- Prepare structured handover package for implementation phase
Required Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of ERP program, business analysis, or transformation experience
- Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle and data architecture
- Experience with manufacturing and multi-entity environments
- Proven experience leading RFP and vendor selection processes
- Strong documentation and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Independence from ERP software vendors and integrators
