We’re now seeking two Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join the team as the business continues to expand. What’s in it for you * Starting salary: circa £41,000 (including shift allowance) * Progression: Up to £45,000 (inc. shift allowance) with development and performance * Bonuses: Welcome Bonus + Annual Performance Bonus * Benefits: Premium rate overtime, Life Assurance, Pension, Free Parking * Training: Ongoing development and progression to Level 2 and Level 3 Engineer The Role As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and uptime across fast-paced production lines. Key responsibilities include: * Reactive Maintenance: Respond quickly to breakdowns and diagnose electrical faults. * Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carry out scheduled maintenance to maximise equipment reliability. * Equipment Support: Assist with installation, modification, and improvement of electrical systems. * Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with production teams to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance. * Team Collaboration: Support, train, and coach operators to reduce downtime. The Person We’re open to candidates with a range of experience — whether you’re already an established Maintenance Technician or an ambitious engineer ready to take the next step. Essential: * NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a Electrical Engineering discipline * Hands-on electrical experience with fault finding and maintenance * Background in a production or manufacturing environment * Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills Desirable: * FMCG or high-speed manufacturing experience * Exposure to mechanical systems Interested?
