Salary: Starting Salary Circa 42,200, Progression to 47,500 expected within a year, further progression to 49,600 (including shift allowance)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 3-shift pattern (earlies, afternoons, nights)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a successful, international FMCG manufacturing company. You will be part of a skilled maintenance engineering team, working in a modern, high-tech production environment where training and career progression are genuinely supported. You will help keep machinery running efficiently, ensure minimal downtime, and play a key role in developing engineering reliability across the site.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance, both planned (PPM) and reactive.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on production machinery.
  • Support installation, modification, and improvement of mechanical systems.
  • Work closely with production teams to reduce breakdowns and improve performance.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in fault finding and maintenance.
  • Previous work in a production, manufacturing, or FMCG environment.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
