About the Role
We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a successful, international FMCG manufacturing company. You'll work with a skilled maintenance engineering team in a modern, high-tech production environment where training and career progression are genuinely supported. You'll help keep machinery running efficiently, ensure minimal downtime, and play a key role in developing engineering reliability across the site.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, both planned (PPM) and reactive.
- Diagnose and repair faults on production machinery.
- Support installation, modification, and improvement of mechanical systems.
- Work closely with production teams to reduce breakdowns and improve performance.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Proven experience in fault finding and maintenance.
- Previous work in a production, manufacturing, or FMCG environment.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Basic electrical knowledge (advantageous but not essential).
