We’re now seeking two Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join the team as the business continues to expand.

The Role
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and uptime across fast-paced production lines. Key responsibilities include:
- Reactive Maintenance: Respond quickly to breakdowns and diagnose electrical faults.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carry out scheduled maintenance to maximise equipment reliability.
- Equipment Support: Assist with installation, modification, and improvement of electrical systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with production teams to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.
- Team Collaboration: Support, train, and coach operators to reduce downtime.
The Person
We’re open to candidates with a range of experience — whether you’re already an established Maintenance Technician or an ambitious engineer ready to take the next step.
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a Electrical Engineering discipline
- Hands-on electrical experience with fault finding and maintenance
- Background in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- FMCG or high-speed manufacturing experience
- Exposure to mechanical systems
