- Act as a senior client contact, leading progress meetings and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate engineering, suppliers, subcontractors and construction teams.
- Manage project forecasts, risks, variations and contractual change, including early warnings and compensation events.
- Maintain effective project documentation, governance and quality assurance.
- Promote a collaborative team culture with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
About you
You’ll bring a strong track record of delivering mechanical engineering or building services projects, together with experience leading project teams and direct reports.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- Mechanical/HVAC project delivery experience, ideally including chillers, compressors or associated plant.
- Experience overseeing several projects or work packages simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, forecasting and contractual change.
- Confidence managing clients, subcontractors and technical stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating installation, commissioning and handover.
- A working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
- An HNC, HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
A recognised project management qualification, or progress towards one, would be advantageous.
