About the Role

My client are seeking a skilled and passionate Test/Development Baker to join their team and support the wider NPD team. This role involves testing and evaluating new recipes, ingredients, and baking techniques to support innovation and excellence within the bakery sector. As a Test Baker, you’ll play a key role in new and existing product development projects, technical trials, and customer support activities. You’ll contribute to advancing bakery processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
