Location: Portgordon, Scotland

The Site Leader will have full responsibility for the efficient and compliant operation of a multi-site hub. This includes strategic leadership, financial management, compliance, and team development.

Key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

* Managing financial performance, including full P&L accountability.

* Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a strong safety culture.

* Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

* Acting as the key point of contact for third-party stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Essential skills and experience:

* At least 20 years of experience in operations, including 5+ years at a senior leadership level.

* Proven track record of continuous improvement with a LEAN, 6SIGMA approach.

* Strong knowledge of production or manufacturing operations, ideally within the renewable energy sector.

* Experience managing P&L and budgets, with a track record of driving profitability.

* Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 10+ people.

* A deep understanding of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) compliance.

* The ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.

* A degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline, or equivalent experience.
