At our Alfreton Cotes Park manufacturing site, we produce high-quality chemical products that support industries across the world. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Site Administrator to support the smooth running of our site operations. Role Overview The Site Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of day-to-day site activities. This includes supporting internal teams, liaising with external stakeholders, and assisting with health and safety and compliance processes. You will be the first point of contact for administrative matters on site, helping maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Site Manager and operational teams. * Act as a central point of communication between internal departments, contractors, and external partners. * Support site health, safety, and compliance activities β including organising medical checks for employees and contractors. * Maintain accurate records relating to training, inductions, and site access. * Manage visitor and contractor documentation in line with company policies and safety requirements. * Coordinate site communications, meetings, and reporting schedules. * Assist in procurement of office and site supplies as required. * Ensure all documentation, permits, and compliance files are up to date and easily accessible. * Participate in site audits and inspections, supporting follow-up actions and record-keeping. Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment. * Strong communication skills β able to engage confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Proactive and well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently. * Knowledge or awareness of health and safety processes in an industrial setting. * Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative systems. * High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
