Adepto are pleased to be representing a leading specialty chemicals business in the West Midlands as they actively seek to hire an experienced Process Engineer to join their expansive engineering team.
In what is a broad and varied role with plenty of autonomy, as the Senior Process Engineer you will be responsible for several areas of the plant with full ownership of all process engineering activities that are associated to those areas. This will include process optimisation, troubleshooting and continuous improvement, as well as supporting the wider process plant operations and relevant capital projects required to ensure optimal performance and operation.
Stakeholder management will be key. You’ll need to be pro-active and willing to get amongst the site to understand areas for improvement, investigation and offer suitable solutions using your Process/Chemical engineering knowledge.
