About the Role
We are partnered with a global biopharmaceutical company in Merseyside that is looking to add an Administrative Project Support to its project support team on a six-month contract. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join a leading life sciences business. You will help make sure key project activities are tracked, coordinated and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on document completion and approvals with stakeholders
- Create, maintain and update Excel trackers and status reports
- Track action items and support the management of change control activities to ensure timely completion
- Update and maintain PowerPoint presentations, including project plans, timelines and status updates
- Format and update SOPs and other documentation in line with approved templates
- Coordinate sample collection activities and support the preparation of shipments
- Provide general administrative support to assist with project execution and operational activities
Experience and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and see activities through to completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with document formatting and template management
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech or other regulated environment would be an advantage
