The Role
- Supporting pilot plant commissioning and start-up
- Optimising process performance, yield and efficiency
- Analysing data and driving continuous improvement
- Troubleshooting operational and process issues
- Supporting CAPEX projects and future scale-up activities
- Working closely with operators to improve plant performance
About You
- Degree qualified in Chemical/Process Engineering
- 2-5 years experience in a process, production or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working with autonomy
- Enjoys taking ownership and making an impact in a growing business
