Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Process Engineer to jump on site in a Polymer Manufacturing Facility. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Process Engineers, driving innovation, safety, and efficiency in line with our Company strategy. Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure high engineering standards, compliance with regulations, and successful project delivery.
