We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TCS Administrator to join our team in Northampton.\\n\\nRole Overview\\n\\nThe TCS Administrator will play a key role in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of our Transactional Customer Service (TCS) operations.
This position ensures data integrity, smooth order processing, effective communication with internal teams, and high-quality service to our customers.\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an organised, analytical, and customer-focused individual looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Process customer orders accurately and within agreed service levels.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain and update customer records, pricing data, and product information within internal systems.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor open orders, shipments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support issue resolution by liaising with logistics, sales, supply chain, and customer service teams.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics as required.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and quality standards.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Assist with system changes, testing, and process improvements related to TCS operations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide administrative support to the wider TCS and Customer Service teams.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Handle customer queries professionally via phone and email when required.\\n\\nSkills & Experience\\n\\nEssential:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong administrative or customer service background.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.\\n\\nDesirable:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous experience in supply chain, order management, or B2B support.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Understanding of logistics or distribution processes.\\n\\nWorking Arrangements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Training Period: 5 days per week in the Northampton office for onboarding and training.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Post-training: Hybrid working model (office + remote), subject to performance and team requirements
