Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Processing Operator to join our manufacturing team at the Cotes Park site, working on a night shift pattern. This role involves operating production equipment, handling raw materials and ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor processing and mixing equipment in line with standard operating procedures
  • Accurately weigh, measure and add raw materials to production batches
  • Follow batch sheets and ensure product quality meets specification
  • Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately
  • Adhere to all health, safety and environmental requirements
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and organised production environment (5S standards)
  • Identify and report any process deviations, faults or safety concerns

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment is preferred
  • Experience within chemical, food or pharmaceutical production would be advantageous
  • Basic understanding of production processes and safe working practices
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

Working Hours:
