Night Shift Fluid Processing Operator

Location: Diversey Cotes Park Industrial Estate, Alfreton

Shift: Nights

Reporting to: Production / Shift Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Fluid Processing Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Cotes Park facility in Alfreton. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining fluid processing equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of chemical and hygiene products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate fluid processing plant and associated equipment in line with SOPs and production schedules
  • Monitor tanks, pipelines, pumps, valves, and mixing systems to ensure accurate batching and processing
  • Accurately measure, transfer, and blend raw materials in accordance with production specifications
  • Carry out quality checks and record process data to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment faults and escalate issues where required
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with site GMP and health
