Title: Junior C&I Engineer Location: Cheshire Duration: Permanent Salary: £30k – £50k Our client, a leading low-carbon energy provider, is seeking a Junior Control & Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer to support site-based projects, operational activities, and maintenance from a C&I technical perspective. Responsibilities: * Assist with C&I operations and maintenance across the site. * Support design modifications and help ensure compliance with operational standards. * Develop scopes of work and manage C&I-related procurement. * Develop knowledge of Functional Safety standards (IEC 61511). * Work towards obtaining TUV Functional Safety certification. * Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure system compliance and data integrity. * Review and implement system modifications. * Provide support for DCS maintenance and improvements. * Follow company procedures and engineering standards. * Contribute to maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support and drive continuous improvement in process safety. * Maintain compliance with hazardous area standards (IEC (phone number removed).
