We are hiring an Inventor CAD Engineer (SC Cleared) for a 6 to 12 month contract in the UK Defence Sector.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing equipment and providing CAD support using Autodesk Inventor
- Supporting manufacturing, production, and facilities teams with practical engineering solutions
- Producing high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Managing models and data within Autodesk Vault
- Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong experience with Autodesk Inventor
- Background in manufacturing, production support, or industrial environments
- Knowledge of mechanical systems (piping/pressure systems a plus)
- Existing SC Clearance (essential)
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must hold active SC clearance (or be eligible for transfer).
