About the Role
Our client are looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Planner who will act as the central link between drivers, hauliers, front office, and sales teams keeping everything moving while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate fleet maintenance, servicing, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure full compliance with MOT, ADR, VOSA, and UK transport safety standards.
- Manage costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Schedule transport across the UK for bulk liquids and packaged materials.
- Work closely with sales and customer service to meet client requirements.
- Support drivers and subcontractors, ensuring strict health regulations are followed.
