We are working with a leading engineering and construction specialist that delivers complex cleanroom, laboratory and highly regulated manufacturing environments across the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Works Package Manager to support the delivery of electrical installation packages on technically challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electrical installation packages from procurement through to commissioning and handover.
  • Support project delivery, programme management, cost control and quality assurance activities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Oversee electrical installation activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
  • Review technical documentation, drawings, RAMS and design changes.
  • Support testing, commissioning and snagging activities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (2391 desirable).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience within electrical installation and project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards and best practice.
  • Experience within highly regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratories or cleanrooms.
  • SMSTS and IOSH Managing Safely preferred.
  • Understanding of CDM Regulations and Principal Contractor responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Amtech, Navisworks, Dialux and Microsoft Project advantageous.
  • Knowledge of BMS and mechanical services would be beneficial.
