Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication of project milestones and departmental updates.
- Develop and maintain tools (e.g., templates, guidance) to support timely, effective, and targeted communication to both internal & external stakeholders.
- Plan and implement initiatives to improve employee recognition and engagement (e.g., increased use of awards, verbal/written recognition, acknowledgment during meetings).
- Organize activities to enhance engagement among employees (e.g., speed networking, townhalls, opportunities to engage with leadership, offsite meetings for people managers).
- Support the planning and execution of company-wide global events that promote patient safety.
- Identify and implement opportunities to elevate the profile of the company through social media (e.g., LinkedIn) and digital communication tools for both internal and external audiences.
- Assist the Head of Business in planning and delivering communications related to change management activities (e.g., automation, right-sizing, integrations).
- Coordinate team-building initiatives, including global offsite meetings and engagement activities.
