This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing UK team and play a key role in establishing the company’s in-house electrical design capability.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, Process Engineers, Packaging Engineers and clients to deliver high-quality electrical designs.
The Role
As an EC&I Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the electrical design and technical delivery of projects within the food and FMCG packaging industries.
Working across multiple projects, you will develop electrical solutions, support automation integration and ensure designs meet both client specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce electrical designs for food and FMCG process and packaging projects.
- Develop LV electrical designs, including power distribution, control panels, cable schedules and single-line diagrams.
- Design control systems and support automation solutions for manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Specify electrical equipment including motors, drives, MCCs, control panels, field devices and associated hardware.
- Work closely with Process & Packaging Engineers, Project Managers and clients to ensure designs meet operational and project requirements.
