Adepto are currently one of the UK fastest growing recruitment businesses, due to this growth, we require someone to join our existing support function and assist them across a wide range of support areas. Tasked with aiding our experienced staff in the day-to-day running of the following areas: Compliance: Managing a wide range of required temporary labour contractor documentation, which includes. Contracts, right to work, insurances, work status determinations and contractual documents. Making sure these are held on the Adepto files and are complete / up to date for auditable availability. Customer Service: Keeping in contact with Adepto temporary workers as well as a key account client, ensuring consultant and support teams service delivery matches that of the Adepto values and service delivery expectations. Key skills and requirements: * Excellent communication skills with previous customer service experience * Good IT knowledge, data entry skills * Must be organised and the ability to prioritise own workload * Friendly and positive attitude * Ability to work well with others * Ability to work under pressure * Good problem-solving skills * Confident and able to liaise with colleagues and other departments * Experience of working within the recruitment sector would be preferred but is not essential. * Previous experience of using a CRM (Bullhorn/vincere) or a Timesheet logging system If you have these skill and attributes, are looking to join an employer who will value you please apply by sending a copy of your resume for our review
