This is an exciting role where you will strategically oversee and lead the delivery of critical development projects and change initiatives. Reporting directly to the IT Director, you will be instrumental in aligning technology strategies with overarching business objectives. Your role will involve driving efficiency through digital innovation, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrable expertise in budget management, risk mitigation, and resource planning
- Strong leadership capability, experienced in developing high-performing teams
- Familiarity with automation strategies, including RPA and AI-driven solutions
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing large-scale IT programmes and substantial budgets
