We are recruiting a Data Production & Analysis Manager for a rapidly expanding data solutions provider working with some of the largest national enterprises in the UK. The company has recently undergone significant growth through multiple acquisitions and offers a stable, long‑term environment where individuals can take real ownership of complex, high‑impact data operations.

About 60% of the job is hands‑on data processing, 25% analysis, and a smaller share of client‑facing work

This is a key technical role within a small, highly specialist team, responsible for the end‑to‑end production, transformation and analysis of very large datasets used across critical national services. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on solving complex data processing challenges, ensuring data integrity at scale, and improving existing systems with modern tooling and engineering practices.
