In this role, you will be responsible not just for robust analysis, but for turning data into clear strategic insights and shaping those insights to help drive confident client decision-making. There will be a strong focus on leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research across a range of brands and business challenges. You will actively use and help evolve AI-enabled research approaches within the insight platform.
As it will be a senior, hands-on role requiring strong methodological expertise, you will get the opportunity to work with a wide range of global, recognisable brands and use their data to create real world revenue impact. You will work across multiple concurrent projects, guiding clients on research approach, designing and delivering studies, integrating qual and quant, and ensuring insights lead to real-world impact.

What You Will Be Doing?
- Partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to define research objectives that align with real business needs and decision points.
- Analysing qualitative and quantitative data using AI-powered insight technology alongside established analytical techniques.
- Advising on the most appropriate qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods approaches to meet those objectives.
- Helping clients think through the right questions to ask and not just how to execute the research.
- Validating and interpreting AI-assisted outputs, applying expert judgement to identify meaningful themes and patterns.
- Actively using AI tools within your research workflow, particularly for qualitative analysis and synthesis.
- Contributing to innovation in AI-assisted research methodologies and best practices.
- Producing polished, client-ready presentations that connect analysis directly to the client's business challenge.
- Presenting findings to senior client audiences, answering questions with confidence and credibility.
- Delivering multiple projects successfully and consistently, ensuring high quality, clarity, and timeliness.
What You Will Have
