About the Role
I'm looking for an experienced Tech Lead to guide a brand new engineering team in building scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape architecture, build your own team, mentor engineers, and drive best practices. This is a not to be missed role with a clear pathway to CTO.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and development of a robust, scalable, SaaS Platform
- Provide technical direction and make key architectural decisions
- Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features
- Build the engineering team from the ground up
- Review code, improve standards, and ensure high-quality delivery
- Identify and address performance, scalability, and security challenges
- Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and engineering practices
What do I need?
- Strong experience in software engineering (typically 5–8+ years)
- Proven track record in a senior or leadership role
- Full stack experience - JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, MongoDB
- Solid understanding of system design and scalability
- Very strong experience and understanding of AI
- Bonus - Client facing | Business Development experience
