This is a key leadership position where you will combine technical expertise with team leadership. You’ll work closely with the VP of Engineering and commercial teams to build a brand new scalable, high-performance solution that delivers real value to clients. You will be responsible for guiding architecture decisions, improving engineering standards, and leading the development team through this brand new growth phase.
Key Responsibilities

What do you need?
- Proven experience in a Senior Engineer, Lead Developer, or Technical Lead role
- Strong background in modern software engineering and cloud-native architecture
- Experience with technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and scalable systems
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
