You will facilitate the discovery and definition of project goals, lead agile ceremonies, foster continuous improvement, and ensure delivery aligns with organisational standards and customer needs. - Identifying opportunities to refine processes, improve team dynamics, and enhance delivery outcomes.

- Championing agile ways of working and helping mature agile capability across the organisation.
