You will facilitate the discovery and definition of project goals, lead agile ceremonies, foster continuous improvement, and ensure delivery aligns with organisational standards and customer needs. What will you be doing?
- Leading the Discovery Phase to establish project scope, objectives, risks, constraints, and high-level timelines.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and risk logs.
- Closely collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations, and ensure a shared understanding of desired outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to refine processes, improve team dynamics, and enhance delivery outcomes.
- Promoting an environment of collaboration, transparency and high-quality communication.
- Championing agile ways of working and helping mature agile capability across the organisation.
- Building strong, positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
