You will be required to work 5 days onsite for this position.
You will facilitate the discovery and definition of project goals, lead agile ceremonies, remove impediments, foster continuous improvement, and ensure delivery aligns with organisational standards and customer needs. Specialising in AI-enabled transformations, this company has grown substantially over the past 20 years, and as new clients are being onboarded and new projects are coming down the line, further growth is projected over the coming years!

What you will be doing?
- Lead the Discovery Phase to establish project scope, objectives, risks, constraints, and high-level timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and risk logs.
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations, and ensure a shared understanding of desired outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to refine processes, improve team dynamics, and enhance delivery outcomes.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritised backlog.
- Promote an environment of collaboration, transparency and high-quality communication.
- Champion agile ways of working and help mature agile capability across the organisation.
- Build strong, positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Foster a culture of openness, trust, and shared ownership.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
