We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist (Fintech) to join our client on a major new project for an initial six‑month contract. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with market data or trading platforms, and confidence in client‑facing situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational and production support for real‑time trading and market‑data systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve live issues with minimal disruption
  • Manage incidents, escalations, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and client‑facing teams

Essential Criteria

  • 10+ years’ experience in Operations, Production Support, or Application Support
  • Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability in high‑pressure environments
  • Excellent communication skills, including client‑facing experience
