We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist (Fintech) to join our client on a major new project for an initial six‑month contract. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with market data or trading platforms, and confidence in client‑facing situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational and production support for real‑time trading and market‑data systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve live issues with minimal disruption
- Manage incidents, escalations, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with engineering and client‑facing teams
Essential Criteria
- 10+ years’ experience in Operations, Production Support, or Application Support
- Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills
