As the Data Lead, you will be the founding member of this Data Practice and will have the unique opportunity to shape their Data offering. Currently specialised in AI-enabled transformation and digital managed services, providing cutting-edge cloud platform solutions, customisable apps and portals and exceptional digital transformation support, you will be essential in broadening their capabilities and offerings.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Setting the Data strategy
- Leading a team of Data Consultants
- Understanding their customers and their data
- Building innovative Data Solutions (Databricks, Fabric, etc.)
- Advising on tools & technology selection
- Developing best practices and optimising processes
- Helping grow the practice, identifying and landing opportunities for data-related projects
What You Will Have:
- 6+ years’ experience in Data Engineering / Data Science in a commercial setting
- Strong experience designing, building and delivering modern Data Platforms
- Deep understanding of tools and technologies such as Databricks, Fabric, SQL, Python and Scala
- Strong capabilities working in Data Warehousing and Datalakes
- Cloud exposure with a preference to Azure
- Non-technical skills such as consulting, team leadership and project delivery
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, preferably Claude
- Previous working experience on Public Sector project delivery
