This is a key leadership position where you will combine technical expertise with team leadership. You’ll work closely with the VP of Engineering and commercial teams to build a brand new scalable, high-performance solution that delivers real value to clients.

You will be responsible for guiding architecture decisions, improving engineering standards, and leading the development team through this brand new growth phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of a brand new application
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and developers
  • Drive best practices in software development
  • Participate in hands-on development and code reviews
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support technical planning, sprint delivery, and engineering roadmaps
  • Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability

What do you need?
  • Proven experience in a Senior Engineer, Lead Developer, or Technical Lead role
  • Strong background in modern software engineering and cloud-native architecture
  • Experience with technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and scalable systems
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
