I'm working with a healthcare client seeking an experienced Senior Business Data Analyst with strong data and healthcare experience for a high-profile project kicking off in 2026.
Position: Business Data Analyst
Start Date: January 2026
Duration: 6 months, with potential extension
Location: Remote
Essential Criteria
- Must have at least 5 years recent experience working as a Business Analyst in a healthcare environment.
- Strong data analysis capability: able to interpret complex datasets, define data requirements, and work closely with data teams to support solution design.
- API and integration experience: comfortable working with technical teams to understand API behaviour, support onboarding of external consumers, and collaborate around healthcare data standards such as FHIR.
- Stakeholder engagement: skilled in running interviews, workshops, and largeâscale engagement sessions with diverse internal and external groups.
- Earlyâphase project shaping: experienced in Discovery and Alphaâstyle work, defining scope, capturing requirements, and supporting option development.
- Process and service mapping: able to create service blueprints, map endâtoâend processes, and contribute to the design of integrated healthcare services.
