We’re looking for an experienced Business Continuity Business Analyst to support a major organisation.
This is a hands‑on BA role focused on strengthening Business Continuity and Operational Resilience across critical services.
What you'll be doing
- Lead Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
- Map critical processes, systems, suppliers and dependencies
- Define RTOs, RPOs and recovery requirements
- Develop and improve Business Continuity Plans
- Identify resilience gaps, risks and single points of failure
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and SMEs
- Support scenario testing and Business Continuity exercises
- Turn complex findings into practical improvement plans
What we're looking for
- Strong Business Analysis / Business Change background
- Business Continuity or Operational Resilience experience
- Experience within large, complex or regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder and workshop facilitation skills
- Understanding of technology, third-party and operational dependencies
- Knowledge of ISO 22301 / ITIL beneficial
