I'm looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across a local product house. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise, and who enjoys collaborating closely with product and engineering to turn complex problems into elegant, beautiful solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping the overall user experience and influencing product direction through research, insight, and strong design rationale.
What will I be doing?
- Lead end-to-end UX design across multiple products or features, from discovery to delivery
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, intuitive experiences
- Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and synthesise insights
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Define and evolve design systems, patterns, and UX standards
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams
- Advocate for user-centred design principles across the organisation
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
