I'm looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of software engineers while remaining close to the technology. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong technical expertise in C#/.NET with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering high-quality software.
As Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for driving engineering excellence, mentoring developers, shaping technical direction, and working closely with Product, Architecture, and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, modern software solutions.
What will I be doing?
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers through coaching, regular feedback, and career development.
