A leading provider of workforce optimisation and field service management solutions is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant for a 6-month remote contract, where you'll work with public sector organisations across the UK and Ireland to deliver end-to-end implementations of rostering and workforce optimisation software.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure workforce optimisation and rostering solutions
- Work directly with end-users to gather requirements and tailor system functionality
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities
- Provide best-practice guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Essential Experience
- Strong background in software implementation or configuration
- Hands-on experience with Global Rostering Solution (GRS)
- Ability to engage with end-users to understand workflows and operational needs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
