A leading provider of workforce optimisation and field service management solutions is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant for a 6-month remote contract, where you'll work with public sector organisations across the UK and Ireland to deliver end-to-end implementations of rostering and workforce optimisation software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure workforce optimisation and rostering solutions
  • Work directly with end-users to gather requirements and tailor system functionality
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities
  • Provide best-practice guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
