I am delighted to be partnering with a local product house and they are now looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of seamless, user-centred digital experiences across their product suite. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into elegant, usable solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will also mentor junior designers and help shape UX strategy across the business.
What will you be doing?
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Champion user-centred design principles across teams
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Mentor and support junior designers
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
What do you need?
- 5 years experience in UX design or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking
- Experience with Figma
- Proven ability to solve complex design challenges
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design
- Experience working in agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
