My client is a high growth fintech business taking on some of the biggest players in their industry through an AI first approach to software engineering. The company is making a major commitment to AI driven development, with a long term vision that up to 95% of production code will be generated through Claude powered workflows. This is not a side initiative. It is a fundamental shift in how the engineering organisation operates. They are now looking to hire a Senior Director of Engineering to lead this transformation at scale.
The role will oversee multiple Software Directors alongside an engineering organisation of approximately 100 engineers, with responsibility for scaling both delivery and the company’s AI native engineering model.
