We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with people, and identifying top talent in the Tech sector. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, managing talent pipelines, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen CVs
  • Write and post engaging job advertisements
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate records within the recruitment CRM/ATS system
  • Support recruiters with market research and talent mapping
  • Prepare candidate profiles for client submission
  • Assist with onboarding and compliance administration
  • Develop talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
