Adepta is currently hiring multiple DevOps Engineers for a high-growth payments technology company on a mission to power commerce with innovative solutions. They are scaling their global engineering teams and looking for DevOps Engineers at multiple levels—from mid to Principal—who thrive on technical depth, ownership, and collaborative delivery.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not just after tool familiarity—we’re after engineers who think big picture, own outcomes, and will help shape how DevOps is done!

Key areas where you’ll make an impact:

• End-to-end ownership – Move beyond siloed delivery; take full accountability from design to operations.
• Architecture & design influence – Contribute to how systems are built, not just how they’re deployed.
• Systems thinking – Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins to drive resilience, scalability, and lifecycle management.
• Deep cloud expertise – Go beyond naming AWS services—understand how they interconnect, how to govern them, and how to optimize for performance and security.
• Pipeline maturity – Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines that enable secure, scalable, and self-service deployments.
• Collaboration & communication – Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams in a remote-first world. Clear articulation and influence matter as much as technical skill.
• Leadership mindset (for senior/principal roles) – Advocate for best practices, challenge inefficiencies, and drive change rather than tolerate the status quo.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong DevOps engineering background across infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD.
• Proven experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code.
• Ability to influence design decisions and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to improve both systems and processes.
• For Principal roles: demonstrated leadership in shaping DevOps strategy, culture, and standards.
