A local AI consultancy is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join their growing organisation as they focus on developing strategic roadmaps that align their clients' AI initiatives with their business goals. They build bespoke AI solutions which enhance customer experiences, automate workflows and enable data-driven decisions. They are focused on transforming concepts into market-ready AI solutions in order to deliver applications that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Build LLM-powered systems for reasoning, orchestration and decision-making
- Design agentic workflows using modern frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, LangChain, etc.)
- Develop RAG pipelines, vector search and semantic retrieval at scale
- Work with a modern engineering stack and have a strong focus on production quality AI
- Architect and ship production ML services and APIs
- Own deployment, monitoring, evaluation and optimisation
- Work on AI systems with genuine impact
What You Will Bring:
- Strong Python and production ML experience (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and agent frameworks
- Deep knowledge of RAG, vector databases and embeddings
- Experience with LLMOps / MLOps, observability and evaluation
- Any cloud infrastructure experience (Docker, Terraform, AWS or similar)
- Experience in dealing with large-scale unstructured data
