This tech for good business is looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering IT projects to help them turn business priorities into successful outcomes. You will need to understand how IT projects are delivered and be comfortable working with technical teams. As the business develops, you will also manage projects across wider operational and business functions.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Coordinating projects from planning through to delivery, bringing together business stakeholders, technical specialists and external suppliers.
- Initial priorities are IT focused, including an ERP implementation and the transition from Version 1 to Version 2 of the product.
- Creating and maintaining practical project plans, with clear scope, milestones, responsibilities and dependencies.
- Coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to keep delivery on track.
- Coordinating UAT, including business participation, test schedules, issue tracking and sign-off.
- Tracking API integration activities with technical specialists, ensuring dependencies and blockers are understood and addressed.
- Coordinating agreed data migration activities, ensuring business owners and technical teams are aligned on what will move and how it will be validated.
What Will You Need To Have?
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT project management.
- Experience coordinating projects involving business systems, software implementations or technology change.
- An understanding of the project lifecycle, including testing, deployment and handover.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear communication skills, with confidence working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- A proactive, practical approach to resolving issues and maintaining momentum.
- The ability to turn discussions into clear actions, owners and deadlines.
- ERP implementations or other business system rollouts.
- A project management qualification would be welcome, but practical delivery experience is more important.
