Would you like to join an established FinTech company with strong growth opportunities? Youll be joining a stable software engineering team supporting a well-established product - no firefighting required. This is a US-headquartered multinational FinTech company with a modern office in Belfast, offering a hybrid working model (2-3 days per week in the office).
In this role, youll primarily focus on backend services, with occasional frontend work and collaborate closely with other engineers.
What youll do:
- Build and deliver features as part of the product roadmap
- Contribute to technical discussions and design decisions
- Develop mainly backend services (with some frontend work as needed)
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Support deployments across test and production environments
What youll need:
- Ideal 4+ years experience in a software engineering role
- Strong experience with C# .NET
- Experience building APIs and web services
- Good knowledge of SQL Server or similar databases
- Experience with testing (unit testing, BDD, etc.)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab
