You will lead the architecture and design of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, playing a critical part in ensuring the solution supports all end-to-end business processes. What You Will Be Doing
- Work with stakeholders across the business to analyse, document, and improve business processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and standardisation
- Act as a key liaison between IT, business users, and external ERP implementation partners
- Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and improvement to business systems
- Gather and document business requirements
- Participate in solution design workshops with internal teams and implementation partners
- Assist with process mapping, functional specifications and configuration documentation
- Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders
What You Will Have
- Educated to Degree Level in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or possessing equivalent professional experience.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Previous work in a manufacturing industry as a Business Analyst is highly desirable.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process maps.
- Experience managing mixed internal and external delivery teams.
