Adepta Partners is working exclusively with a rapidly growing SaaS startup based in Belfast to recruit a Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with proven sales and business development experience, and the drive to grow with an ambitious tech company. This is a hands-on, office-based role, ideal for someone eager to make a real impact. You will be part of a small, collaborative team working in the office at least four days per week. Working hours vary between 9am-5pm and 1pm-10pm, supporting both UK and US market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including online and offline networking, market research, outreach calls, and attendance at industry events.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Industry Engagement: In time, represent the company at industry events, build professional networks, and stay informed about market trends and developments.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the company founders to execute strategic sales initiatives and help meet key business objectives.
